Identify breaks in the processes and work up solutions for recommendation to the business in order to bridge those effectively and rapidly.
Identify commercial threats in day-to-day works streams, forms of contract, administration and reporting.
Identify breaks in work procedures and job descriptions, skills gaps in team make-ups, and assess staff training needs.
